Rajesh Kumar Yadav, born on December 9, 1973, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering and an M.A. in Economics from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. Currently, he serves as Director General & Ex-Officio Additional Chief Secretary at the Harishchandra Mathur Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration and Training since January 1, 2026. His extensive career includes roles such as Principal Secretary, Joint Secretary, District Collector and District Magistrate, and Special Secretary to the Chief Minister. He has received the Excellence Service Certificate and awards for election management and NREGA scheme implementation. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
