Rajesh Kumar Sinha, born on 27 March 1966, is a 1994 batch IAS officer of the Kerala cadre. He holds an LL.B. and M.A. Currently, he serves as the Special Secretary in the Department of Ports, Shipping and Waterways under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways since 18 April 2025. His previous roles include Joint Secretary, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Registrar, Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, General Manager, and Additional Secretary within the same ministry. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
