Rajesh Kumar Rai, born on June 20, 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He is currently serving as the Special Secretary in the U.P. Housing and Urban Planning department, a position he assumed on June 25, 2024, in Lucknow. Prior to this role, he also held the designation of Special Secretary. Mr. Rai continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh through his service in the state government.
