Rajesh Kumar II, born on October 7, 1966, is a 2009 batch Indian Administrative Service officer from the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Com. degree in Accounting and Auditing. Currently, he serves as Secretary at Uttar Pradesh in the State Human Rights Commission since January 12, 2026. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Member, Additional Land Reforms Commissioner, Vice Chairman, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Director General, and Commissioner. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
