Rajesh Kishore, born on April 28, 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Gujarat cadre. He holds a graduate degree and postgraduate degree in Physics, along with a Diploma in Management. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, District Development Officer, Commissioner, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and Additional Commissioner. His most recent role was Secretary General Secretary at Gujarat from July 8, 2014, to April 30, 2015. He was also associated with the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC).
