Dr. Rajendra Ratnoo, born on July 3, 1970, is a 2001 batch IAS officer of the Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Philosophy, an M.A. in Psychology, and an M.Phil. in Public Health. Currently, he serves as the Principal Secretary at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, since July 6, 2025, working with the Chennai Rivers Restoration Trust (CRRT). Throughout his career, he has held numerous positions including Commissioner, Managing Director, Joint Secretary, District Collector, and Director. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
