Rajendra Prasad, born on 12 October 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. During his career, he held several key positions including District Collector, Additional Chief Executive Officer, Additional Commissioner, and Special Secretary. His most recent appointment was as Special Secretary in the Medical Education Department from 16 September 2008 to 31 October 2009. Throughout his service, he contributed to various administrative roles within the Uttar Pradesh government before retiring from the IAS.
