Rajendra Kumar, born on 16 December 1966, is a 1989 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the A G M U T cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering. Currently, he serves as Secretary at Uttarakhand in the General Administration department since 17 January 2026. He is proficient in English and Hindi. Previously, he has held positions including a period under suspension. Rajendra Kumar continues to be in service within the Indian Administrative Service.
