Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Secretary to the Chief Minister, Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Chairman & Managing Director, Special Secretary, Director, Joint Chief Electoral Officer, and Sub-Divisional Magistrate. He has been recognized with the Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration. He is proficient in English and Hindi. Rajendra Kumar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
