Rajeev Topno, born on 28 May 1974, is a 1996 batch Indian Administrative Service officer from the Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.A. (Hons) in Political Science. Currently, he serves as the Additional Chief Secretary in the Health and Family Welfare Department of Gujarat since 1 January 2026. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Principal Secretary, Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Senior Advisor to the Executive Director, Private Secretary to the Prime Minister, Director, Deputy Secretary, Superintendent of Stamps & Inspector General (Registration), Joint Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, District Collector, District Development Officer, and Assistant Collector. He is proficient in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
