Rajeev Chawla, born on February 6, 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 Karnataka cadre. A graduate in Electrical Engineering, he served in various capacities including Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Karnataka from October 29, 2020, in the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms. His extensive career encompassed roles such as Principal Secretary, Special Secretary, Secretary, Managing Director, Commissioner, Metropolitan Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, and Chief Secretary. Rajeev Chawla was honored with the Prime Minister Award during his service.
