Rajbir Singh, born on January 2, 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Deputy Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, and Special Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Public Works Department from July 1, 2001, to January 31, 2002. Throughout his career, Singh contributed to the administration of Uttar Pradesh until his retirement.
