Rajat Bhargava, an IAS officer of the 1990 batch from the Andhra Pradesh cadre, was born on 16/08/1964. He holds an LL.B. from CCS University Meerut, an M.B.A. from The Global Open University Nagaland, and an M.P.A. from IIPA. Rajat Bhargava currently serves as the Special Chief Secretary at Revenue. He is proficient in Bengali, English, German, Hindi, and Telugu.
