Rajanvir Singh Kapur, born on 28 December 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.E. in Computers from Thapar University, Patiala. Currently, he serves as the District Magistrate at Malda since 19 March 2026. His previous roles include Assistant Collector and Magistrate, Chairman, Managing Director, Director, Member Secretary, Officer On Special Duty, Additional District Magistrate, Sub Divisional Officer, and Senior Special Secretary. He is proficient in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Bengali. Rajanvir Singh Kapur continues to serve in the IAS.
