Rajanvir Singh Kapur, born on 28 December 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computers from Thapar University, Patiala. Currently serving as the Senior Special Secretary in the Sundarban Affairs Department since 1 January 2025, Kapur is proficient in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Bengali. He continues to contribute to the administrative framework of West Bengal through his role in the state government.
