Rajan Shukla, born on 28 November 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Political Science. Over his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Special Secretary Director, District Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, Joint Secretary, and Assistant Collector. His most recent position was Chairman at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, in the Department of Water Resources, from 7 June 2011 to 30 November 2022.
