Rajan N Khobragade, born on 27 June 1966, is a 1993 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Kerala cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree and is proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Currently, he serves as the Additional Chief Secretary in the Health and Family Welfare Department at Thiruvananthapuram since 22 May 2024. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Principal Secretary, Commissioner, Secretary, Team Leader Director, Joint Secretary, Special Secretary, Additional Secretary, Executive Director, District Collector, Project Director, Managing Director, Director, Sub Collector, Assistant Collector, and Chairman. He continues to serve in the IAS.
