Raja Sekhar Vundru, born on 18 July 1966, is a 1990 batch IAS officer of the Haryana cadre. Currently serving as Additional Chief Secretary at Haryana's Transport Department since 20 March 2026, he holds a graduate degree, an M.Phil., and a Ph.D. from the National Law School of India University. Throughout his career, he has held multiple key positions including Principal Secretary to Government, Managing Director, Joint Secretary, and Deputy Commissioner. He is a recipient of the Dr. Ambedkar Ratna Award. Raja Sekhar is proficient in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
