Raja Sekhar Vundru, born on 18 July 1966, is a 1990 batch IAS officer of the Haryana cadre. He currently serves as the Additional Chief Secretary at Haryana in the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department since 30 January 2026. He holds a graduate degree, an M.Phil., and a Ph.D. from the National Law School of India University. Throughout his career, he has held the position of Additional Chief Secretary. He is proficient in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. Raja Sekhar Vundru continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
