Raja Ram Sharma, born on November 1, 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch, Bihar cadre. He served as District Collector and Magistrate from September 1, 1998, to October 31, 2000. He held the position of Deputy Development Commissioner and was associated with the Land Revenue Department as Director of Census Operations.
