Raj Pratap Singh, born on July 9, 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Electronics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Adviser to Executive Director, Private Secretary, Director, Special Secretary, Joint Managing Director, Project Director, and Executive Magistrate. His most recent position was Joint Secretary from December 1, 2014, to July 31, 2018. Singh’s extensive service reflects a broad administrative experience within the Uttar Pradesh cadre.
