Raj Kumari Khanna, born on 12 September 1954, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. She holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including Additional Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Under Secretary, and Joint Director. Her most recent position was Deputy Secretary at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, from 30 April 2013 to 30 September 2014. Throughout her career, she contributed to the administrative functions of the state government before retiring from service.
