Raj Kumar Yadav, born on June 20, 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2009 batch, assigned to the Sikkim cadre. He holds a B.Sc. and M.A. from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Transport Department since June 1, 2022. His previous roles include Deputy Commissioner Cum District Magistrate, District Collector, Additional Secretary, Additional District Magistrate & Collector, and Sub-Divisional Magistrate. He was honored with the Indian Express Excellence in Governance Award in 2018. Raj Kumar Yadav is proficient in Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
