Raj Kumar Mathur, born on 16 February 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He held various key positions including Executive Director in the Disaster Management Department of Madhya Pradesh from 14 November 2014. His extensive career encompassed roles such as Secretary, Commissioner, Additional Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and multiple tenures as District Collector. A graduate by education, Mathur contributed to the administration of Madhya Pradesh through diverse responsibilities until his retirement.
