Raj Kumar Khatri, born on October 10, 1961, is a retired IAS officer from the 1988 Karnataka cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. in Medicine and an MBA in Public Policy. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Principal Secretary, Commissioner and Director, Special Secretary, Project Director, Deputy Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Development Commissioner, and Assistant Commissioner.
