Raj Kumar Goyal, born on 10 August 1965, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch, AGMUT cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics. During his career, he served as Secretary and was appointed Chief Information Commissioner (CIC) at New Delhi from 14 December 2025.
