Raj Krishan Pruthi, born on 16 November 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 batch, assigned to the Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.Sc. and a Ph.D. Currently, he serves as the Divisional Commissioner at Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, a position he has held since 1 August 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various roles including CEO, Director, and Member. Mr. Pruthi continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Himachal Pradesh.
