Raj Kisor Verma, born on April 4, 1943, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, Administrator, Joint Development Commissioner, Special Secretary, and Managing Director. His most recent position was Secretary in the Social Welfare Department from October 15, 2001, to April 30, 2003. Throughout his career, Verma contributed to the administration and development of the Uttarakhand cadre until his retirement.
