District Collector And Magistrate, Land Revenue Department- Director of Census Operations
Raj Keshwar Ram, born on July 1, 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch, Bihar cadre. He served in the Land Revenue Department as the Director of Census Operations. His most recent designation was District Collector and Magistrate from December 1, 2000, to June 30, 2002. Throughout his career, he also held the position of Additional Secretary. Mr. Ram is a graduate and has contributed to various administrative roles during his tenure in the IAS.
