Raj K R Mishra, born on August 1, 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Deputy Secretary, Administrator, and Special Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Science and Technology Department from February 1, 2001, to July 31, 2002. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh before retiring from service.
