Rai Pramod Kumar, born on March 4, 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. During his career, he served in the Agriculture Department, with his most recent position being Additional Secretary from April 22, 2008, to March 31, 2009. Prior to this, he held the role of Deputy Development Commissioner. His service reflects a dedicated tenure in administrative roles within the state of Bihar.
