Rahul Singh, born on 19 September 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree and has served in various capacities, including as Special Secretary. Currently, he is serving as the Secretary of the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) since 16 February 2026. He continues to contribute to public administration in his ongoing service.
