Rahul Ratnam Pandey, born on March 6, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, Karnataka cadre. He holds an LL.B. degree in Law from Ram Manohar Lohia Faizabad University College. Currently, he serves as the Executive Director at the Centre for Smart Governance, Bengaluru, Karnataka, a position he has held since June 18, 2025. His previous roles include Assistant Commissioner and Chief Executive Officer. Fluent in Hindi and Kannada, Rahul Ratnam Pandey continues to contribute to administrative functions within his cadre.
