Rahul Raj P S, born on 27 November 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2015 batch, serving in the Telangana cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree. Currently, he is the Special Commissioner for Cooperation and Registrar of Cooperative Societies, a position he has held since 26 February 2026. Previously, he served as Collector and District Magistrate. Rahul Raj P S continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
