Rahul Raj P S, born on 27 November 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, Telangana cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree. Currently, he serves as the Special Commissioner for Cooperation and Registrar of Cooperative Societies since 26 February 2026. Previously, he has held the position of Collector and District Magistrate. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
