Rahul Raiya, born on July 12, 1996, is an IAS officer of the 2022 batch, serving in the Haryana cadre. He holds an M.Sc. degree. Currently, he is the Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-DRIO at Karnal, a position he has held since March 26, 2026. Prior to this, he served as a Sub Divisional Officer (Civil). Rahul Raiya is actively serving in his administrative capacity.
