Rahul Pandey, born on August 6, 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2014 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Electronics and Communication from Deemed University College of Engineering. Currently, he serves as the Special Secretary in the State Tax Department of Uttar Pradesh since October 28, 2025. His previous roles include Assistant Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, Director, Secretary, Additional Secretary, Vice Chairman, Chief Development Officer, Joint Magistrate, and D.M. & Collector. Fluent in English and Hindi, Rahul Pandey continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh.
