Rahul Narwal, born on November 2, 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, serving in the Haryana cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry degree from CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar. Currently, he is the Deputy Commissioner at Hansi, Haryana, a position he has held since December 31, 2025. His previous roles include Special Secretary and Director & Special Secretary. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
