Rahul Meena, born on May 1, 1996, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner at Rajamahendravaram Municipal Corporation, Andhra Pradesh, a position he has held since October 8, 2025. Prior to this role, he worked as Joint Collector and Additional District Magistrate. Rahul Meena continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Andhra Pradesh.
