Rahul Kumar Sinha, born on December 22, 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, Jharkhand cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune. Currently, he serves as the Director in the Mines Department of Jharkhand, a position he assumed on October 7, 2024. Throughout his career, he has held the designation of Director. Fluent in English and Hindi, Rahul Kumar Sinha continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
