Rahul Kumar Arya, born on 14 December 1979, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. During his service, he was associated with the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) and underwent training in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand, from 1 September 2014 to 30 May 2020.
