Rahul Kumar, born on June 3, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 Bihar cadre. He holds a B.A. in Arts from IGNOU Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of North Bihar Power Distribution Co. Ltd, a position he has held since June 2, 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various roles including Chief Executive Officer, Director, and Special Secretary. Fluent in Hindi, Rahul Kumar continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within his cadre.
