Rahul Jain, born on 23 March 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, assigned to the Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Devi Ahilya University, Indore. Currently, he serves as the ADC-cum-Project Director at Solan, Himachal Pradesh, a position he has held since 20 January 2025 in the DRDA department. Prior to this, he was appointed as Additional Deputy Commissioner. Rahul Jain continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
