Rahul Hooda, a 2015-batch IAS officer of the Haryana cadre, serves as the Special Secretary to the Government in the Revenue and Disaster Management Department. He holds a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Panjab Chandigarh Department of Chemical Engineering and Technology, an M.B.A. in Marketing from Delhi University, and an M.A. in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. With a strong background in engineering and management, Hooda brings a diverse skill set to his role in the Haryana government.
