Rahul Hooda, born on December 8, 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 Haryana cadre. He holds a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Panjab University Chandigarh, an M.B.A. in Marketing from Delhi University, and an M.A. in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Special Secretary to the Government in the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Haryana, since May 7, 2025. His previous roles include Additional Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Commissioner, Additional Deputy Commissioner, SDO/SDM, SDO, Assistant Secretary, and AC with DC. He is currently in service.
