Rahul Gupta, born on 14 April 1972, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds an MBA in Marketing and HR from Punjab University Chandigarh University Business School and a B.E. (Hons.) in Electronics and Electrical Communication. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of MILKFED since 12 September 2024. His previous roles include Managing Director, Additional Secretary (three terms), Controller, and Additional Secretary to the Government. Mr. Gupta continues to serve in the IAS with a focus on administrative leadership within Punjab.
