Rahul Gupta, born on 30 October 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and an M.A. in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Joint Managing Director at Chhatrapati Sambhaji under the M.S. Electricity Distribution department, a position he assumed on 20 February 2024. Prior to this, he held the role of Assistant Secretary. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
