Rahul Chaba, born on March 8, 1974, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2017 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds a B.Sc. and an MBA. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Commissioner at Sangrur, Punjab, a position he has held since August 20, 2025. His previous roles include Managing Director, Additional Chief Executive Officer, and Additional Deputy Commissioner (General). He is an active member of the Indian Administrative Service.
