Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Principal Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, Secretary, Additional Excise & Taxation Commissioner, Additional Chief Administrator, and Resident Commissioner. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, Rahul Bhandari continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Punjab in his ongoing service.
