Ragul K, born on 18 September 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, serving in the Sikkim cadre. He holds a B.E. in Information Technology from Anna University Chennai, a PGDM in Financial Management from IIM Bangalore, and a PG Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management. Currently, he is Secretary at Gangtok in the Labour Department since 31 October 2023. His past roles include Secretary & Labour Commissioner, Special Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, Managing Director, Additional District Magistrate, and Sub Divisional Officer. He is proficient in English and Tamil.
