Raghwendra Kr Singh, born on 14 November 1968, is a 1997 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.Tech. in Materials Management and a B.E. in Civil Engineering. Currently serving as Principal Secretary at Bhopal since 12 November 2024, he is part of the Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Department. His extensive career includes roles such as Principal Secretary to Government, Commissioner, Secretary, Managing Director, Chairman & Managing Director, District Collector, CEO, SDO, Administration Officer, and Assistant Collector. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
