Raghwendra Jha, born on June 21, 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1997 Bihar cadre. During his career, he served in the Department of Official Language, holding the position of Additional Secretary from May 15, 2013, to June 30, 2013. He has also held the roles of Secretary and Director. His tenure in the IAS reflects his service within the administrative framework of Bihar and the central government.
