Raghvendra Singh, born on 21 June 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a graduate and postgraduate degree in History. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Director General, Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Principal Secretary, Commissioner, District Magistrate, and Managing Director. His most recent position was Secretary in the Culture Department at New Delhi from 1 October 2020 to 17 September 2021. Singh's extensive experience spans multiple administrative and leadership roles within the government.
