Raghvendra Singh, born on January 7, 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Science from DDU Gorakhpur University, and an M.A. and M.Phil. in Political Science from JNU New Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Collector at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, a position he has held since September 8, 2025. His previous roles include Additional Collector, Assistant Secretary, and Collector. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
