Raghuraj M R, born on 18 May 1979, is a 2004 batch Indian Administrative Service officer from the Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electronics from REC Calicut. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Labour Department of Madhya Pradesh since 1 July 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Assistant Collector, Managing Director, Ex-Officio Secretary, Joint Secretary, Director, PS to Minister, Deputy Director (Senior), Mission Director, CEO, District Collector, Sanchalak, Chief Executive Officer, and SDO. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Malayalam. Raghuraj M R continues to serve in the IAS.
